Human Rights Law

Dr. Christos Clerides, formerly a Nicosia European Party MP, is heavily involved with cases before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, where we currently have 120 different types of case pending.

He was involved in the following leading cases in the area of Human Rights: Kyprianou v Cyprus (application no. 73797/01), Eugenia Michaelidou Developments Ltd and Michael Tymvios v Turkey (Judgment of 31/10/2003, Application no. 16163/90).
