Pirilides & Associates LLC successfully and effectively represented and advised a Group of Companies (owners of one of the largest chain of Hotels in Cyprus & Greece) in one of the biggest, complex and long lasting series of court cases between the parties involved, before various courts of Cyprus, over a series of debts totalling around €288,000,000.00 and, inter alia, allegations of conspiracy and the consequent settlement of all pending litigation. Our assistance extended to negotiating the terms of settlement, the drafting of the settlement agreement and all relevant corporate and other ancillary documents until the deal’s completion.
