Our Firm has been successful in the context of a criminal private prosecution, for the serious offences of fraud, misrepresentation and conspiracy to defraud, before the District Court of Limassol which earlier this month found guilty the director and shareholder of several real estate development companies which were part of a joint venture, concerning an infrastructure project in Limassol.

The above criminal case was instigated by our Firm, on behalf of the other members of the aforesaid joint venture.

The hearing of the case, on behalf of the prosecution, was successfully handled by our Senior Associate Ms. Antonia Argyrou.
