Cyprus Arbitration Day is set to take place on the 22nd of May 2023 at the Amathus Beach Hotel in Limassol. The event is organized by the Cyprus Arbitration Forum aiming to bring together international arbitration professionals who wish to keep updated with the most recent arbitral institutional developments and the development of arbitration in the Middle East region.
Panellists include local and international speakers offering their views on topics including geopolitical changes affecting dispute resolution in MENA, applicable laws and appropriate seats for MENA disputes, and interim measures and enforcements.
Kyriakos Karatsis, Partner of the Firm and Head of the Dispute Resolution Department will be one of the speakers at the event, talking about MENA Specific Disputes.
