The Council of Ministers, in an effort to further improve the Cyprus Investment Program, with its decisions dated 9.1.2018 and 21.5.2018, has proceeded with the establishment of the Supervisory and Control Committee and the creation of a Register of Cypriot Investment Program Providers. The Supervisory and Control Committee’s core responsibility was to establish this Register and of course to supervise the providers’ compliance with the relevant code of conduct (The members of the Registry have individual and group responsibilities so as to actively contribute to maintaining and enhancing the integrity of the said Program).

As of 1 August 2018, applications for naturalization purposes may be submitted to the Ministry of the Interior only by service providers registered in the Register.  N. Pirilides & Associates will be attending the relevant seminar/program for registration in the said Register on 20/09/2018.
