Our firm, led by Kyriakos Karatsis, successfully defended a client in a High Net Worth divorce case before the Limassol Family Court. The Court ruled it lacked jurisdiction under EU Regulation 2201/2003, dismissing the claim and awarding legal costs to our client.

A great success of our Head of litigation in a contentious case involving an allegation of discharge of a guarantor on the basis of the provisions of Section 92 of the Contract Law. Our firm represented the guarantor in various loan agreements between one of the biggest banks in Cyprus and a company which was the principal debtor of the loans. The Court's decision will be considered as an authority since Section 92 of the Contract Law has never been tested and considered so far by the Supreme Court.
